The death of a loved one is understandably an intensely difficult time in this life. There are many deadlines, notices, court filings, distributions, and tax returns that are required to properly settle an estate, and too often the stress of not knowing what to do or what help is available interferes with the time that should be spent with family in a time of grief and remembrance.
